"Do it Yourself Designs"                                     $50/Hour

We meet with you on the Consultation and create a Design that you can implement on your own time and budget. This usually involves approximately 5 hours of Design Time and Research for Colors & Products and averages $250 per room including Consultation.....

"Home Staging For Re-Sale Option # 1"             $99 

We go through the home, create a list of items to purge, replace, swap out, paint, slipcover, etc.  We select paint colors where needed and get our Design back to you within 24 hours for you to implement on your own.

"Home Staging For Re-Sale Option # 2"            $35/Hour 

This is the same as Option # 1 except that once you approve the changes and cost proposal, we can be retained to affect the changes for you. 

"Home/Garage/Closet Organization"               $25/Hour 

We will Organize any space in your home for an incredibly low rate of only $25 per hour plus the cost of any storage items the client request. This makes a great "Father's Day", "Birthday" or Anniversary Gift.

"Turn-Key Whole House Packages"                  $25k Average

This is for a two bedroom, 2 bath home or Condo and includes everything from the furniture right down to the dishes and towels. For more info, check out the "Turn-Key Package" page. Here we list everything that is included in the package. We will custom build a package to meet your needs.
